Classy Life gives support coordinators a clearer way to explore suitable options for the people they support. Across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney, our team provides practical information, timely communication and a range of disability supports designed around individual needs of NDIS participants. Rather than starting with a service and trying to make the participant fit, we begin with their needs, preferences, routines and goals. From there, we look at what may work in practice and help make the next steps easier to understand.

- Short Term Accommodation (STA)
- Individualised Living Options (ILO)
- Daily living and in-home supports

Step 1
Submit a referral or contact our team with the participant’s initial support requirements. Even if every detail has not yet been confirmed, we can begin with the information currently available.
Step 2
Our team reviews the participant’s goals, support needs, preferred location, funding information and other relevant circumstances to gain a clearer picture of what is required.
Step 3
We discuss service suitability, available support or accommodation options and any further information needed before outlining the next steps.
Step 4
Where Classy Life is an appropriate fit, we move towards intake, transition planning and service commencement, keeping relevant people informed along the way.
