Individualised Living Options
NDIS Individualised Living Options (ILO)
What is Individualised Living Options (ILO)
Individualised Living Options (ILO) is an NDIS-funded support that helps participants create flexible living arrangements tailored to their personal goals, routines, relationships, and support needs.
The first part of the ILO process is to undertake formal ILO Exploration and Design, in which the living arrangement best suitable for the participant is identified in consultation with the person and their family members.
Registered ILO Service in Central Coast are put together after in-depth consultation with the participant to meet their requirements. If the supporting staff or the living options provided don’t meet the participant’s expectations, we will review and redesign the arrangements with you.
