Chief Executive Officer
For a duration exceeding 12 years, Watson has been engaged in the capacity of a Registered Nurse across an array of departments, encompassing ICU, Medical, Surgical, Assessment Teams for Mental Health, Acute and Rehabilitation for Mental Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS), forensic mental health, and aged care.
Furthermore, in addition to the possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Watson has successfully achieved a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing and a Diploma in Leadership and Management Skills. Additionally, he has held the position of Nurse Manager within a mental health hospital and have fulfilled the responsibilities of a Nurse Unit Manager and Care Coordinator for a forensic mental health rehabilitation unit.

Jaimie Johnson
Service Manager
With over 12 years of experience in the community services sector, Jaimie brings her expertise to Classy Life. Holding a diploma in community services and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychological science, Jaimie’s qualifications are impressive.
Jaimie has extensive experience working with the NDIS and in the Supported independent living field. She is passionate about assisting mental health participants in living their best lives. Previously serving as the Housing Coordinator, Jaimie worked closely with participants and their stakeholders in various SIL homes. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Jaimie provides mental health first aid training to our staff.

Ashley Williams
NDIS compliance & HR officer
Ashley comes to Classy Life with over 10 years experience working in a vast range of roles within the Community sector from SIL, Community access, Out of home care and NDIS audit and compliance. Ashley has her Diploma in Community services, Certificate 4 in Youth and Certificate 4 in Disabilty. Ashley’s passion is driven by her love and commitment to providing people with the care that they deserve

Whitney Taylor
Lead Care Coordinator
Whitney Taylor is our Lead Care Coordinator, bringing a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and practical experience to the Classy Life team. With previous experience as an Area Manager and a Diploma of Community Services, Whitney has developed a strong understanding of person-centred support, team leadership, and service coordination.
Whitney is passionate about empowering people with disability to live meaningful, independent lives and is committed to ensuring every participant receives high-quality, individualised support.

Darlene Coan
Care Coordinator
Darlene comes to us with many years experience working in the community services sector. Darlene has her certificate 3 in individual support and is currently studying her Diploma in leadership and management Darlene’s soul priority is to provide the best possible care to the participants she supports and their stakeholders.

Malaga Vaiusu is a highly regarded disability support professional renowned for her warm, approachable demeanor and unwavering dedication to empowering participants. With many years of experience and a Certificate IV in Disability Support, Malaga fosters a safe, inclusive environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and supported.
