Finding The Right Support Together
Classy Life gives support coordinators a clearer way to explore suitable options for the people they support. Across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney, our team provides practical information, timely communication and a range of disability supports designed around individual needs of NDIS participants. Rather than starting with a service and trying to make the participant fit, we begin with their needs, preferences, routines and goals. From there, we look at what may work in practice and help make the next steps easier to understand.
What You Can Refer to Us For
Support coordinators can contact Classy Life for assistance with:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Short Term Accommodation (STA)
- Individualised Living Options (ILO)
- Daily living and in-home supports
- Community participation
- Complex or higher support needs, where appropriate
Why Work with Classy Life
Quality, safety and participant wellbeing guide the way we deliver support. As a registered NDIS provider, we work within relevant NDIS requirements while keeping each participant’s individual needs and goals at the centre of our approach. Our team prioritises timely responses, clear information and practical updates, helping support coordinators stay informed throughout the NDIS process. We take time to understand the participant’s goals, routines, support requirements and circumstances before considering the disability support options that may suit them. Where appropriate, we work closely with support coordinators, participants, families and other professionals to maintain continuity and create a more connected support experience.
Classy Life provides disability supports across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney, giving support coordinators access to a range of service and accommodation pathways across these regions.
How the Referral Process Works
Step 1
Submit a referral or contact our team with the participant’s initial support requirements. Even if every detail has not yet been confirmed, we can begin with the information currently available.
Step 2
Our team reviews the participant’s goals, support needs, preferred location, funding information and other relevant circumstances to gain a clearer picture of what is required.
Step 3
We discuss service suitability, available support or accommodation options and any further information needed before outlining the next steps.
Step 4
Where Classy Life is an appropriate fit, we move towards intake, transition planning and service commencement, keeping relevant people informed along the way.
Information That Helps Us Assess a Referral
Providing relevant information early can help us understand the participant’s requirements and assess available options more effectively. Helpful details may include:
- Participant goals
- Day-to-day support needs
- Preferred location
- Type of support requested
- Relevant NDIS funding information
- Important timeframes
- Behavioural, health, accessibility or environmental considerations
If some information is still being confirmed, you are welcome to contact our team to begin the conversation.
Accommodation and SIL Enquiries
When exploring SIL or accommodation for a participant, the right match involves much more than current availability. We consider support requirements, preferred location, accessibility, living preferences and, where relevant, compatibility within a shared home. Contact our team to discuss current SIL options and determine whether there may be a suitable pathway for the participant you support.
